Bringing together faith and business
to impact culture
Meet Peter Demos
Peter Demos entered the family restaurant business at age 12 when he started working as a dishwasher in his dad’s Western Sizzlin’ restaurant. From there, his experience in the food industry and serving others gradually grew under the tutelage of his father, who imparted to Peter many aspects of what it takes to run a successful business.
After graduating from high school, Peter earned a B.S. in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University before studying law at the University of Missouri. He went on to earn his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, during which he discovered that he could better fulfill his passion for helping people in the food industry.

Introducing Peter’s Latest Book,
“Bold, Not Belligerent”
What if the greatest threat to your faith isn’t persecution but your own silence?
In a time when culture demands conformity and calls conviction “hate,” Bold Not Belligerent offers a clear and courageous path forward. This isn’t about yelling louder; it’s about standing firmer. With biblical insight and real-world relevance, Peter Demos challenges believers to rise—not with fists clenched, but with hearts anchored in truth and hands extended in love.
Explore what it truly means to be bold as a follower of Christ. This isn’t a call to aggression or outrage. It’s a guide to courageous, grace-filled action in a culture that often confuses strength with hostility and truth with hate.
Through real-world examples, personal stories, and biblical reflection, Peter challenges readers to reject cultural compromise and embrace a form of boldness marked not by noise, but by quiet, unwavering conviction. Whether you’re a student, parent, professional, or pastor, this book equips you to live with courage, love others authentically, and resist the temptation to either retreat or lash out.
If you’re seeking to honor Christ in a hostile age—without losing your voice or your soul—this book is your battle cry.
In this timely yet timeless book, you will be invited to think critically about your decisions to act or remain silent in the face of unjust policies. With powerful examples from history and a careful eye to Scripture, Peter Demos presents a solid case for when Christians ought to stand down and when we ought to rise up.
